Oliver Helvin

Founding Partner

Oliver Helvin founded JOH Partners in 2014 with a practice anchored in the Gulf, the United Kingdom and Singapore. Over more than a decade of retained executive search, he has closed senior appointments across every major Gulf market — from family-group holding companies and sovereign-anchored industrials platforms to regional banks and PE-backed portfolio companies. His research and writing focuses on the GCC senior leadership market: compensation structures, succession dynamics in family-controlled businesses, and the shifting geography of executive talent as the Gulf's institutions professionalise. Before founding JOH Partners, he held senior roles across retained executive search in London and the Gulf.
