- Your CV and results are kept in your account so you can come back to them and track your progress. You can download everything we hold, or delete your account and all of it, at any time from Settings. We never share or sell your CV or your results.
- No. The CV Analyser returns a score without an account, and the Leadership Psychometric shows your result without one. An account is only needed to read the detailed recommendations and to keep your history. The interview question banks are open to everyone too.
- No. Your results are private to your account. They are not shared with JOH Partners' search team or with any client.
- AssessYou is open to any professional, and the modules are calibrated to be useful from mid-career upwards. The reason JOH Partners built it, and the reason it is featured here, is the senior end: directors, managing directors, functional heads and those targeting C-suite or a first board role. That is the level the diagnostics were written against.
- Most career platforms run on engagement; AssessYou runs on practitioner depth. The diagnostics come from JOH Partners' retained search practice: what we'd actually tell you in a candid partner conversation.
