Non-Executive Director, Logistics & Transport — Saudi Arabia

A leading logistics real estate and industrial infrastructure platform is seeking an experienced Non-Executive Director to support its next phase of strategic growth, investment activity and institutional development.

This Board-level appointment will suit a senior executive, investor, adviser or current Non-Executive Director with deep exposure to logistics real estate, industrial real estate, infrastructure, asset management, fundraising or major transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Board-level input on growth strategy, investment cases and capital allocation.
  
• Challenge assumptions around returns, risk, feasibility and development strategy.
  
• Support the development of funding strategies for new developments, acquisitions and platform expansion.
  
• Advise on acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and portfolio-level transactions.
  
• Support partnerships with institutional investors, infrastructure funds, government entities, logistics operators and strategic partners.
  
• Contribute to governance, risk management and long-term strategic planning.

Key Requirements

• Senior career in logistics, industrial or infrastructure real estate.
  
• Strong investment, asset management or transaction experience.
  
• Track record in fundraising, capital formation or institutional investor engagement.
  
• Experience evaluating financial structures, returns and commercial risk.
  
• Board-level credibility and ability to challenge constructively.
  
• Exposure to Saudi Arabia, the GCC, ports, free zones, warehousing or logistics parks would be advantageous.
