Our client is a leading Saudi logistics and industrial real estate platform seeking a highly skilled Legal Compliance & Advisory Manager to support business operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage commercial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure full compliance with Saudi laws and regulations related to real estate, logistics, cybersecurity, data protection, and customs.
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, real estate leases, land acquisitions, vendor agreements, and customs clearance documents.
Liaise with customs authorities and regulatory bodies to resolve clearance issues and maintain proper legal documentation.
Manage corporate governance, including company formation, shareholder records, and board resolutions.
Handle disputes, claims, and legal risks by coordinating with external counsel when needed.
Provide legal advice across departments (HR, Finance, Operations) and conduct training on compliance topics.
Monitor regulatory changes and proactively implement legal risk mitigation strategies.
Support business combinations, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and divestments.
Manage the legal department’s budget and internal processes.

Requirements

Minimum 8 years of strong legal experience in Saudi Arabia.
Expertise in commercial law with a focus on contract negotiation and compliance.
Experience in logistics, industrial real estate, or related sectors.
Business-oriented legal mindset with the ability to align legal strategy with organizational goals.
