Apply for this mandateOur client is hiring a Global Head of Talent Management for a global maritime group, based in Dubai. This is a senior leadership role for an industry leader operating across 50+ international offices in maritime, shipping, and transportation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead global leadership development programs (L1–L3)
- Enhance performance management and succession planning
- Build high-potential (HiPo) and talent-sharing frameworks
- Collaborate with CHRO and Executive Leadership Team to drive HR transformation
- Align talent strategies with overall business goals
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in HR and talent management
- Proven track record of leading large-scale HR transformation projects
- Experience working in complex multinational matrix organizations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Background in maritime, transportation, or industrial sectors preferred
