IT Manager

Our client, a leading Real Estate & Logistics group in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a proactive IT Manager to drive IT excellence across the organization. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing all IT operations, including infrastructure, networks, systems, cybersecurity, and business continuity. You will lead a skilled team, oversee vendor partnerships, and implement innovative IT solutions that enhance efficiency and support business growth.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage the entire IT function ensuring system reliability and security.
• Oversee Microsoft platforms: Office365, SharePoint, Active Directory, Azure.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, compliance standards, and disaster recovery plans.
• Collaborate with departments to identify technology needs and optimize workflows.
• Manage vendor contracts and budgets for cost-effective IT service delivery.
• Guide and mentor your IT team to perform at their best.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 7–10+ years of IT management experience with hands-on Microsoft admin skills.
• Strong background in cybersecurity, governance, and audit readiness.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
