Our client is a leading logistics and supply chain group seeking a dynamic Head of Growth (Group) to lead commercial strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion across multiple countries. This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic leader to shape growth across a prominent logistics group operating in the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the group-wide commercial and growth strategy to achieve long-term business objectives.
  • Drive sales performance, forecasting, and business development across multiple countries.
  • Build scalable sales and business development frameworks, systems, and procedures.
  • Support M&A activities including due diligence and post-merger integration.
  • Oversee product development, optimisation, and alignment with market needs.
  • Collaborate closely with country managers to implement strategies and promote coaching culture.
  • Develop consolidated revenue forecasts, sales metrics, and prepare regular reports for the CEO.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness and market positioning.
  • Drive infrastructure readiness by implementing efficient sales processes and technology.
  • Support organisational culture by embedding core values, leadership principles, and risk management practices.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in growth, commercial, or strategy roles within logistics, supply chain, or adjacent B2B sectors.
  • Proven leadership skills with strong analytical and execution capabilities.
  • Experience in management consulting, preferably with logistics and supply chain exposure.
  • Deep understanding of sales methodologies, customer relationship management, and commercial operations.
