Gary Hubbard is the Senior Vice President (SVP) at The Biofuel Company in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. He oversees all Commercial & Operational matters. TBFCo, established in 2022, is now the largest producer of European-compliant net zero biofuel in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).

With a career spanning since 2000 across the Middle East, Gary focuses on providing high-quality net zero fuel to industries within Saudi Arabia to support Saudi Vision 2030. He led the first maritime bunkering of biofuel in the UAE in 2020 and has been actively involved in biofuel bunkering operations in the region. Specializing in environmental supply chain optimization and strategic planning, Gary works towards reducing client costs and enhancing sustainable business operations. His international experience includes senior leadership roles in companies across the Middle East, North and South America, Asia Pacific, Africa, and Europe.
